This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, an outdoor dining area, and a lovely electric kettle. The staff even helped with taxi tips on my first stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing breakfast selection. it was so good we couldn't stop raving about it! Plus, the stunning lake views from our balcony were simply unforgettable. the noise from other rooms was a bit much, which affected our sleep quality. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

missingWrote a review on Oct 09poor servicelack of amenities
the hotel looks nice, but that's just about it. 10€ for AC is a grewt idea, and I absolutely loooooved being woken up at 6 am by noise from outside. also, a lovely lady at the front desk didn’t seem to get how to smile, which was just charming. I woudl ve been satisfied if they even made an effort to acknowledge my presence!

The room had a fantastic view of the lake, and the balcony was a real treat for morning coffee. The location provided a quiet retreat, far enough from the bustling tourist spots yet close enough to the main attractions in a short walk.
Accessing the hotel involves tackling over 200 steps, which can be a bit of a workout, especially after a long day out. Breakfast isn't included in the room price, which feels off for a place that markets itself as a B&B. The kitchen setup in the apartment could use better supplies for self-catering. there were essentials missing like dishwashing materials that would have made the experience smoother. The air conditioning comes with an extra charge, and it's a bit annoying to open windows that lack screens against pesky insects. You also have to fill out breakfast forms ahead of time, which adds an unnecessary layer to what should be a simple morning routine.

It was a solid option for a trip in Bellagio with a great value-to-price ratio. The croissants here were the best I had on my whole trip! If you want the balcony view, make sure to book it in advance.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, letting us soak in the beauty of the lake all day. The outdoor area was great for enjoying drinks and watching storms roll in, adding a unique touch to the stay.
The steps to the hotel were daunting, with over 200 stair steps that could be exhausting after a day of exploring. The air conditioning came at an extra charge, which wasn't disclosed clearly, and the requirement to fill out breakfast forms in advance felt a bit unnecessary. the kitchen in the apartment lacked essential supplies, making self-catering more challenging than it should've been.

The view from the balcony provided an unforgettable ambiance, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee while absorbing the stunning scenery. Enjoyed the delicious freshly made hash browns for breakfast, enhancing the start of each day. accessing the hotel involves climbing a significant number of steps, which can be exhausting. The shower in our room was unusually small, making the experience less comfortable than desired, and the absence of a kettle was a slight inconvenience. Nevertheless, the tranquil location away from the tourist crowds added to the overall appeal.

Couples seeking tranquility
The views from our balcony were something else totally breathtaking fish jumpin in the water. The owner Nuccia went out of her way during a thunderstorm to get us back when taxis weren't available like a guardian angel you know.
It was a bit pricey but it was still okay for what we got.
